Newsletter
We retain your email, source, date, and consent version to manage newsletter delivery. Subscription is separate from event registration and account creation; you can unsubscribe from any email.
Contact and suggestions
We use your name, email, topic, and message only to manage and respond to your request. Submitting these details does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Events
For free events with internal registration, PEC retains attendance status and, when enabled, the waiting list. Google Forms, Luma, Eventbrite, and external checkouts process information submitted on their platforms under their own policies. Event registration never automatically subscribes you to marketing.
Account and profile
Creating an account is optional and required only for private features. You can choose whether your professional profile and email are visible to other authenticated members, keep them private, and update your preferences at any time.
Security and retention
We apply restricted access, input validation, and data minimization. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.
